Delmar Loop

Since Delmar Loop, or also know as just the Loop, is so close to Washington University, it has almost everything you are in the mood for all in walking distance. There are a lot of local and famous entertainers that make there way to the Loop to put on shows. The atmosphere in the Loop has almost a specific kind of trend and a lot of college students who go there get take a break from school.

Central West end

If you were to ever go to Central West End during the day you will notice all of the nice landscaping, sculptures and the beautiful fountain that is in the center. If you were to ever go at night when all of the excitement happens, you will notice all of the people walking around and of course.....the fountain, which is lit up at night. Central West End can sometimes be a little pricey compared to the other places you might go to, but I would suggest just going at least once, just so you can say you have been there. Central West End has a variety of people who like to go down there......there is something for everyone. Once you go down there you will know what I mean. Again to experience most of these places you must be 21.

Soulard

Souldard isn't just good for Mardi Gras or going to the market. There are a lot of cool place where people can go and have a good time with friends. Most of the places in Soulard aren't huge dance clubs like you would see downtown, but rather more of a laid back casual environment. Again if you are 21, I think you should definitly check some of these places out.

Westport Plaza

During the day Westport Plaza is very different then it is at night. If you were to go there during the day you would see business people walking around in suits and ties, which is a totally different then if you were there at night. At night Westport almost comes alive. There are people of all ages laughing and having a good time with friends. Weatport has what seems to be everything, no matter what kind of mood you are in. They have places there if you want to dance, laugh or even just want to sit down and enjoy a drink. Again the only way you can experience all this is if you are 21.

St. Charles / Mainstreet

If you live in the St. Charles area and you aren't in the mood to drive far..... you always have the fun places in your area. There are a lot of bars that are scattered through out St. Charles, but then you also have Mainstreet, which is a whole strip of little pubs. Mainstreet is always packed with mostly college students and there is always a dj or a live band. The only was you can enjoy any of these places is if you are 21. Of course these are only a few of them.

Laclede's Landing

Laclede's Landing, which is located downtown right along the river is always a good place to go and have fun. There are a lot of bars to choose from right there on the same strip and there are always people walking along the strip. Of course in order to get into any of these bars you have to be 21. If I have left any out, which I am sure I have, just comment me and let me know. Also let me know what you thought about the club if you have been there.

Boring Nights

Don't you hate those nights where sitting around with friends and you have no idea what to do? Sometimes the case may be that you just want to go somewhere different. I know my friends and I are always in those kind of moods. We get so pumped and excited about going out.....but sometimes we just don't know where we want to go. Going to the Landing can get old after awhile, Mainstreet can sometimes become to crowded and other places can just be too expensive. Sometimes we aren't always in the mood for dancing, or driving out of the way just to have fun, then again sometimes we do. There are so many different things to do on Friday and Saturday nights, it just really depends on the mood you are in. You can try places that are Downtown, Westport, St. Charles and these are only a few places. I know that it is almost impossible to put all the cool places on one site...so I just put some of my favorites. Most of them you have to be 21 to enjoy now...but maybe this will give you something to look forward to if you have a couple more years
